What to wear in the steam room
A tiled steam room beside the quiet lounge, open to guests 18 and over.
Walk over in the robe and sandals we give you. Hang the robe on the hook outside the door and go in wearing a swimsuit or the cotton wrap and towel we provide.

Step 1: Before you go in
Change into the robe and sandals, rinse in the shower and tie your hair up. Leave your phone in the locker.

Step 2: In the room
Sit on a towel and stay as long as is comfortable. Leave if you feel dizzy or unwell, and tell the front desk.

Step 3: Afterward
Rinse, drink some water and rest in the quiet lounge. Put the wrap in the basket by the door.

Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before using the steam room or having a warm wrap.
