The rule applies to every guest, and we keep to it ourselves. Calls are for the front room.

After your treatment or your steam, take a cup of tea to a lounger. The lights stay low and so do voices. Sleep is fine; we'll wake you before we close.

About the phone rule
What if I'm on call?
Tell the front desk when you arrive. We'll take your number, and if it rings we'll find you quietly.
Can I take a photo of the lounge?
No. Photos aren't taken anywhere past the front desk, because guests are changing and resting.
Where can I use my phone?
In the front room, before and after your visit.
Can a friend wait for me in the lounge?
Only if they are booked. A friend who isn't can wait in the front room.
