How pricing works
The booking page shows the price of each treatment before you confirm. Here is what sets it.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, any add-on, and who you book with.
The length of the treatment
Massage, facial, body or steam
Add-ons such as a scalp massage or a foot soak
The level of your therapist or esthetician
What the consultation covers
Every treatment starts with a short talk about pressure, areas to avoid and how your shift went. For a facial, your esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Deposits
A card holds treatments of 90 minutes and longer, and any booking for two or more guests. The deposit goes toward your service. Shorter treatments and steam sessions take no deposit.
Canceling or running late
Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move a booking. If you arrive late, the treatment is shortened so the next guest isn't kept waiting. Call us if a shift runs over.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book or on the day: a scalp massage, a foot soak, a hot towel wrap or more time in the steam room. We agree to it before we start, and the booking page shows what it adds.
Tipping
Gratuity isn't added to your bill. Tip your therapist as you like, at the desk when you pay.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any amount and for any treatment or steam session. Buy one online or at the front desk. Ask us about terms where you live.
